LittleMonster20 9,858 Posted August 1, 2018 Share Posted August 1, 2018 Today, August 1sth, marks the 1 year anniversary of Gaga’s arguably best tour; the AMAZING JOANNE WORLD TOUR! The tour kicked off at the Roger’s Arena in Vancouver, Canada. The show is very acclaimed, had a great gross, broke a few records like Gaga being the first woman to headline certain stadiums in the US, was the most succesful female tour of last year and despite cancelation still being at #8 of the most succesful tours of this year! The show was like every Gaga show AMAZING( and I’m talking from experience, I attended the show in Amsterdam). It consistent of an ICONIC stage set-up and outfits, BEAUTIFUL visuals, Gaga sounded and looked AMAZING, and some of the most unexpected songs were performed like fan-favorite songs Scheiße and Bloody Mary! I loved all the wondering about what the show would be like, etc. Then I refused to watch or look at any of it until I attended. Then it got cancelled and cancelled again. Such sad times. The day it was cancelled for the final time (2 days before my show) I sat at home and watched it myself on YouTube. It was a fantastic show, and definitely showed the best vocals ever on any of her tours. I can easily say this is her best your yet! From the vocals, to the outfits, to the set list and the interludes, it was just perfect. Omg, and the stage! Seeing that in person was mind blowing! I’m sorry to anyone who’s dates got cancelled, I can relate being that my born This Way ball show got cancelled so I’m not in any way trying to brag when it comes to my experience. RudraCNG 15,219 Posted August 1, 2018 Share Posted August 1, 2018 IMO it's her best tour. Maybe she didn't dance as much as she used to, but she provided her most powerful vocals and energy. I loved the staging and the dynamic, transformable stage. I also loved the setlist, bringing back fan-favorite classics as Scheisse and Bloody Mary while she performed all of her hits. I'm so glad I was able to attend (my concert was in Barcelona and she cancelled rest of the European leg shortly after) and I still hope they will release it on DVD. Ayoherewego 468 Posted August 1, 2018 Share Posted August 1, 2018 It was a life changing experience for me it was my first ever concert and I was right in front of the circle when she preformed DIC she was breath taking and her vocals slayed me so hard, I even got the date that I attended tattooed on my inner arm.
