What if Gaga featured a hip-hop artist?

If Gaga were to feature a rapper/hip-hop artist on a standalone single, EP or even LG6, who would your preference be? Don't say 'no' because this is an if :selena:

If, as she is seemingly teasing, her next album is to be pop (however we never know with Gaga) I think one but no more rap features would be good! Of course it's mainly about music not the bling, but I still think, for the sake of her career, it's good for her album to be fairly popular. Joanne hit #1, and tbh while to most of us charts don't matter (supposedly) I feel like most of us would be quite hurt if it didn't reach Top 5. And I think a hip-hop feature would be a good idea for her at the moment. Now that I think of it, I think I would like if she had one hip-hop feature on the album, released as a post-album/EP single, and also had one remix with one, two or three rappers on it. I must say I quite like remixes that aren't by a random DJ (except MR Andrelli), but feature some other artists. Think Lorde's Homemade Dynamite!

I would love to see her work with Kanye again, (again cos of Fame Kills), tbh for some reason I like the idea of Gagardi in my head but in reality I just feel like Cardi and Gaga's styles/voices/flows wouldn't quite work together. I'd also love a collab with Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole or A$AP Rocky. @Chamaquito :chica:

In addition, I also think it would be cool if she had another contemporary artist either on a remix or on the album, but not like a rapper. Maybe R&B? I would love a collab/remix with Kehlani or SZA. What are your thoughts?

Edit: Oh, and Tyler, The Creator! Even as a producer like the rumors. And Kid Cudi, and I would love for Kanye to produce a lot of the album.

Kinda off topic, but a lot of y'all who boycott rap/hip-hop cos of the trap phenomenon or because of a lot of rappers' behaviour, you should try J. Cole's album 2014 Forest Hills Drive album! Really personal and great lyrics :diane: Listen to Wet Dreamz! Sounds crazy but I love the lyrics :chica:

I know it'll never happen, but Gaga x Qveen Herby. #GirlPower

Yes! I would love for Gaga to collaborate with a not-so-popular artist!

My picks for an indie collab would be BØRNS and Tash Sultana as a producer :chica:

Of course, Cardi B

Kendrick Lamar, again, because I still cannot get over the disappointment of BDKMV and PN not being perfected and making to ARTPOP.

I don't like features in general,  but I love Ye, Kendrick and Cardi as artists,  so one of them

If she really wants a rap feature then I would want it to be someone established and renowned not someone new like Cardi B. She might have some chart success right now but she's still too comedic in my opinion like I can't take her seriously.

Eminem, Kendrick Lamar would be good (they're all from Interscope). Other than that, no.

She doesn't need a hip-hop feature. I hope there are no features/collaborations on the next album because she can stand on her two feet.

A$AP Rocky for sure. He's known for saving a lot of horrible songs with his verses. He's a good rapper. And I'm still mad that song with Kendrick was never release as a single. It was so good.

You know this is just my opinion, right?
