The first thing that I thought was "Well, in case people didn't see the obvious reference to her boyfriend on that track, she's gonna use his last name as well" and thought it was weird for a relationship of a couple of years. Then of course I had to google this and found out that Ariana and Pete started dating in MAY 2018 and got ENGAGED in JUNE 2018.  This is more awkward than anything Taylor Swift has ever written about the men she's dated.

No matter how badly you want their relationship to work out, you have GOT to admit that it is weird AF. They have been together for 2 months and are acting like they have been a couple for 5+ years. All the stuff they have been doing seems very obsessive and not a good sign that their relationship will last in the long run.

Hey stephen is about her admiration for this guy and Style is just like comparing a love to timeless visuals that never go out of Style... 

I never bothered to listen to hey stephen so I didn't know.
