We don't know what else she has, but if I'm guessing, probably depression as well. And like everyone else has said, touring is exhausting. Physically and mentally. And people die from exhaustion. Gaga is not in a good physical state to do two tours, and I doubt her mental state could suffer it either. Remember, she has to deal with a lot more than just going up on stage and singing. She has a hand in every process. And being creative is very tiring. And dangerous. Any person who has half a brain to care about another human's well being can tell you that two tours is a bad idea.
