Maybe first # is the total with the old formula (1500 streams/album) and second # is the total with the new formula (1275 paid streams/album and 3,750 free streams/album)

They certified Joanne the second it crossed 1 million SPS in the US though

yet they never updated TF TFM BTW and only certified ARTPOP 4 years later to make sure all her albums were Platinum
