It flows well. But the song has zero flow. Like you can have a trippy instrumental with some rather atmospheric trippy inducing sounds but if the whole thing is so metric it loses it completely. The basics of music have to be there, more or less on trend. Doesnt matter. Also the instrumental is very confusing. This is what I believe happened with XXXTentacion and also with James Gunn. They've made mistakes, but were/are now better people and deserve/d a second chance. 6ix9ine however shows no sign of this. He's a bad person and a child sex offender. Why would she work with him? Even if she herself thinks he's changing, she knew this would cause massive backlash and would highly likely affect her career. I just don't know why. Is something happening behind the scenes with her? Is the (again no shade) floppage of her current era and being constantly outshone by Cardi affecting her decisions? Seriously, this was such a misstep for her, does she not realize that the majority of her fanbase is left-leaning girls and LGBT+ people who know about him and would HATE this, not hard g's who don't care? I'm thinking she has no idea who tf he is, just decided to hop in his video cuz she heard a couple tracks and likez the rainbows! And her team must know what kind of reputation this guy has so they either did the collab for the sake of controversy or they really are clueless. Lastly, Nicki has an album coming up in a few weeks.
