Then she signed with Motown but never really get big globally anymore. She may be known in certain region though. This kind of thing always tells so much how big part for having fan base. You can always mock some fans as delulus or things like that, but without them who keep giving their actual support by purchasing any of their releases, major artists like Lady Gaga or Beyoncé wouldn't able to go on this long, honestly. Cos in the end this is still business, and those recording labels want to make profit when they signs artists.
