Concept: Lady Gaga Mega-Concert

Note: This thread isn't saying she should do this, or will, just a fun concept I thought of while I was immeasurably bored at work yesterday. :legend:

My coworker asked me yesterday what my ideal Gaga concert would be if I could choose the setlist and overall theme/vibe. I told him I have too many songs I would want to see live that I couldn't necessarily bring it down to just 20-22, the standard number of songs. He then asked me to make just something completely conceptual for the **** of it (a low-key Gaga stan maybe?:gaycat: ) and here it is:

Lady Gaga's Mega-Concert: A four-hour concert dedicated to seven 'cornerstones' that define Lady Gaga

Interlude 1: Religion - A dark, campy visual that portrays Gaga as a Christ-like figure. Reminiscent of the Judas music video. Mixes in the underlying theme of Fame throughout her career. Gaga is carrying a glamorous cross, as angry people are shouting phrases such as 'flop, 'too gay', or any sayings common throughout her career. Ends with her crucified on the cross -- suggesting the pressure of Fame killed her -- similar to the 2009 VMA performance.

(1) - Electric Chapel w/ extended electric guitar intro

(2) - Bloody Mary

(3) - Black Jesus + Amen Fashion

(4) Judas

Interlude 2: Sex - NSFW. Visual is Gaga with minimal clothing in various sexual positions with people of different ethnicities, genders, sexualities. Each shot contains various kinks (Bondage, puppy-play, etc.) You hear sexual noises. As time increases, more people get into each shot until the end reveals a massive orgy.

(5) Sexxx Dreams

(6) I Like It Rough

(7) LoveGame

(8) Government Hooker / Heavy Metal Lover medley

(9) Do What U Want

(10) G.U.Y.

(11) Dancin' In Circles

Interlude 3: Pop/Dance Music: Visual is VERY similar to Bad Romance video. Commentary on body image/standards for men and women. Shows hyper-sexualized and 'perfect' men and women standing in a line being inspected. Those approved (one that fits the most stereotypical body image goals) are sent off to perform a routine for the 'master'. Those not approved are harshly critiqued for how they look. Gaga gets approved, and in the chamber with the 'master', they perform and as she gives him a lapdance, she kills him.

(12) Dance In The Dark

(13) Marry The Night

(14) Just Dance

(15) Disco Heaven

(16) A-YO

(17) The Cure

(18) Teeth

(19) Monster

(20) John Wayne

(21) Poker Face

INTERMISSION

Interlude 4: Fame  - The more personable half of the show starts with a speed-through of Gaga's meteoritic ascent to pop-culture dominance. Includes awards she's won, major performances, records were broken, clips of her videos, pictures of her and charts her life since being famous.

(22) The Fame

(23) Donatelle

(24) Applause

(25) Paparazzi

Interlude 5: Social Justice - Interlude is simplistic: shows a diverse people of different race, sexualities, nationalities, religions, styles, etc doing the individual thing and being happy on a white background. As it continues, the people begin to meet each other and after some confusion, begin to play together and be happy. Visual ends with all of them holding hands and marching, wearing 'Equality for All' shirts in Washington D.C.

(26) Born This Way

(27) Angel Down

(28) Highway Unicorn (Road To Love)

(29) Come To Mama

(30) Hey Girl

(31) Hair

(32) Schieße

Interlude 6: NONE. Screens will fluctuate various colors as Gaga prepares for the next section of the show. A piano will rise from the stage. It’s her acoustic/ballad section of the show. Instead of a visual, she will treat the audiences to miniature speeches throughout this section.

(33) Sinner’s Prayer

(34) Gypsy

(35) Brown Eyes

(36) Speechless

(37) Dope

(38) The Edge of Glory

Interlude 7: Love – Very intimate. Shows Gaga surrounded/doing things she loves. Shows her recording music, being with fans, eating with her family, documents moments of her life doing the thing she loves.

(39) Yoü and I - Starts Jazz and transitions into standard version.

(40) Eh, Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say)

(41) Perfect Illusion

(42) Bad Romance

Thoughts? :bon:

I actually like all of it, except for this... Gaga would never do this, because it's been already done by Madonna and it's a cliche.... But allover cool idea, too bed itll never come true:S
