This seems like it's more from a sad place rather than a place of bitterness and hate  Like I think it's something that's maybe been taken more personally than it was meant to be. People can be swept up in their own world if there's a lot going on and not notice stuff that's right in front of them, but then I also wasn't there so I can't say how they seemed to be or if they were cliquey or whatever  Either way it doesn't seem like a huge deal on either side really, hope things are able to be cleared up and resolved

But why did she have to go to social media for this? If she was an adult, could she have not directly contacted them?

people always go on social media. it is a way for people to express themselves. This is not a diplomatic crisis where twitter should be avoided. Like, i really get the point that some people wouldnt want to argue on social media, but some people do, its a huge part of our lives and a means to communicate and express ourselves. So I think the automatic argument that because she said it on social media, then shes immature is kind of too easy at this point. She wanted to be frank with her fans about it and obvouisly make it known to the queens. I don't see it as immature necessarily. 

Plus she wasn't very rude or harsh. Just honest.
