Whether or not there is legitimacy to this rumour, it's probably best not to expect anything other than a great show. If fans start putting more weight on this rumour, it's just gonna fuel disappointment when an otherwise great show doesn't come with a new album or song.

Does everyone forget Gaga dropped TFM like 2 days before she started the tour and told everyone they had 2 days to learn the lyrics in a tweet? Anything is possible at this point.

It is probably the Tony album that will drop on the Vegas first night with a surprise performance with Tony on the night plus a whole section of every show devoted to all that jazz
