Joanne isn’t eligible for any of the genre charts. Even when it was #1 on the Billboard 200 Albums Chart it was on no other chart like Dance/Electronic, Country, R&B, Alternative etc because it didnt qualify based on its genre. It was only eligible for the overall chart. Just because The Fame is on a Billboard chart doesn’t signify that it’s selling more than Joanne.
