The "sold out" term does not imply that the venue should be jam-packed without any vacancy. There will always be areas without any crowd, unless the promoters are greedy enough not to care for safety and for emergency precautions. And even if they're not absolutely "sold-out" in terms of ticket purchases, that photo still shows one huge crowd. It isn't like the venue is half-empty for 1D or their fans to feel embarrassed. Also, we don't get to shade other artists when the artRave looks like this: Which I'm pretty sure is way less people compared to how many went to see 1D. Look at the stands though, they're full. GA looks sparse because people make their way to the stage. Still clearly not an immense amount of people in the GA specifically but as someone else pointed out that was the show that was rescheduled.
