It doesn't say anything about being LGBT at all. It says everyone should be celibate unless they are married. This is a school that people can choose to go to. I'm sure the traditional values are appealing to a lot of people, and not to others. If they don't appeal to you, you just choose to go somewhere else - there are so many law schools to go to. Really what is the issue with this... Yes they do, often and many times. The rules are inherently homophobic and discriminatory.
