But the rules don't even mention homosexuality do they? It doesn't say anything about being LGBT at all. It says everyone should be celibate unless they are married.

This is a school that people can choose to go to. I'm sure the traditional values are appealing to a lot of people, and not to others. If they don't appeal to you, you just choose to go somewhere else - there are so many law schools to go to. Really what is the issue with this...

Yes they do, often and many times.

The rules are inherently homophobic and discriminatory. You should probably read them before you defend them, otherwise people will think you are homophobic.
