In the original story of a star is born Jack ends up dying in a car crash.. Imagine in this remake gaga is the one who will die .

Thank god you added a spoiler. A lot of people haven't seen the original or know the tragic ending. 

As to your theory. I still think that Jack will die in this film either by accident or suicide. It makes the most sense to the plot. The end of this tale always has to be extremely tragic.
