You can't pull that with every friend and it isn't an indicator of how close you are. Some people just don't like being touched. This may not be assault, sure, but it's definitely sexual harassment. She shouldn't be able to tweet whatever she wants cause like I said, she has dragged a lot of artists for not tweeting what she wants them to tweet(example; when she dragged TS for not tweeting about Kesha) she's so fake.
