This is not how movie soundtracks works and Gaga says she is working on new music since last august and Gaga said she finished ASIB soundtrack last year

Why do this literally sounds like they've changed the rules for ASIB soundtrack...

This is a good thing though cause it gives Gaga’s team a new option. 

Instead of having only the option of the single being in the 2019 awards and the soundtrack being in the 2020 awards they can choose to have both in the 2020 awards. Despite that I’m sure they’re going to stick to the original plan.

Also who knows the soundtrack might even come a week before the movie making it eligible for the 2019 awards.

Idk. I think it would be smarter to just focus on the album selling itself like TGS or La La Land. If I had it my way she would have the LG6 lead out in August and perform it at the VMA’s for the Vanguard Award. I dont think wasting time promoting singles from a soundtrack that has a better chance at selling as a whole will be useful. I would rather use those promo spots for the LG6 lead. I still think the album is coming before the year is over.
