I was out with friends and one of them is not a Gaga fan at all.

And I showed her the ASIB trailer and she got chills from the Shallow, it convinced her to come and see the movie. 

Another friend that isn't a stan like me has the song stuck in her head.

I think it could be doable tbh. Huge fan sells and streams first weekend. Hopefully huge improvment in streaming and several tracks in TTH compared to Joanne. Possible promo with SNL/AMAs and interviews/videos. And the biggest promo of all, the movie. With great word of mouth the sales should get bigger for everyday through the week. 

The only thing against the soundtrack is if fans don't care as much to buy it since it's not a pure gaga album and the lack of a single/music on radio(but Joanne did fine without it )
