I just watched the trailer again. I really don't think I've ever been this excited about anything entertainment related maybe ever.

Does anyone know how the preorders chart work? I mean, is it like the normal chart or does it represent total sales?

South Blonde

If Beyonce was still attached to ASIB, they would’ve made it that she’s not white enough just to give her lemons to make lemonade :poot:

Don't you think maybe they are the same thing? Love and attention?

I just saw the negative review on MC
and there's a part I can't understand what it means:confused:

Likewise, A Star Is Born pulls away from a few things. For instance, Jack’s insistence on integrity seems to be rooted in his own genre of MOR rock, whereas Ally heads in a Lady Gaga-ish direction. This is an argument the film never actually has out-loud and it’s a pity. Skating over some of the arguments undermines Cooper’s obvious ambition to make this relatively lightweight material more meaningful. In a world of Instagram and Spotify, the film is as clueless as Ally’s father (Andrew Dice Clay) is about YouTube on watching his daughter’s clip go viral.

Can someone explain it to me?:selena:

I think he is saying that Ally and Jackson make different music genres (which is kinda true since I watched the movie) but I don't see the problem in them doing pop and rock/country. Some critics are just pointless honestly. A critic in Italy wrote that Bradley's songs were better than Gaga's, can you believe it? Lmao he better get his ears checked cause Bradley's songs are really NOT a standout (not that they aren't good).

it's still a winwin situation since gaga wrote some of the songs Bradly sang in the movie:lolga:

Yes, but no way that Bradley's solo song will get recognition charts and Oscars wise if you ask me

Gypsy Life

iKoons has the preorder chart sorted by "All time best sellers" which makes me believe that it's based on the overall amount of preorders since every album has been put on preorder. So for example 21 pilots is #1 based on 2 months worth of preorders, which I'm guessing why ASIB is only #4

I think that too, because 21p never lost their #1 in the entire month

makes the most sense.

Something like, "out of the albums you can preorder but are not out yet, these have the most preorders" chart

I don't see any negative review on MC, just a mixed one. Do you mean the Rotten Critic on RT?

It's the mixed one

But what he said in the review is pretty negative(for me) :ohwell:

He also said the story feels like a X Factor plotted cliche

But overall it's not that bad

Happy the day-after-the-premiere Morning, good fellas!

A quick question: @Gypsy Life

Is Amazon and the others are tracking only the pre-orders made on their respective sites?

I pre-ordered one vinyl on her website, two exclusive CDs on Target website and two blue vinyls on UO website. All-in-all I spent almost $200 but will it show up on Amazon and other sites on pre-order lists?

Every preorder should show up on its respective site chart. Amazon doesn't have a preorder chart, so preorders show up on the normal chart like old time iTunes.
