Do you think they'll release the soundtrack late September (27-30th) so she can snatch 2019 Grammy noms or wait until October and potentially get forgotten about in the 2020 noms?

Lol. Looks like they did a bad photoshop nose job and then put it through one of those “automatic” portrait retouching apps on max mode.  And it’s probably a stan that complains about Epione and doesn’t get the irony.

Even if they wait until Oct, they will still have some songs running for the 2019 Grammys.

Song 2019, Soundtrack 2020.

I think that releasing in late September when the film won’t be out yet could be more dangerous if they’re aiming at continuing her strikes of #1s. So i’d prefer her to release in October with the movie and get another #1 on BB200 rather than have a Grammy nomination for a soundtrack.

But if proper lead single will be released + album preorder and no1 big will be releasing on September 28, #1 should be not that hard. Especially that at that time they would be in the full promo cycle for the movie.
And maybe next week with movie release GP could make it #1 for second week

Yeah I totally agree! A good comparison is the greatest showman tho! Released 2 weeks before the films release in the US and had amazing sales reaching #1

Didn't the movie debut somewhere in september already? I think they are deffinitly releasing it 28 sep so it can get grammys 2019 and also it's more promo for the movie, if people hear the soundtrack and like it more people might go watch the movie.

And i would not worry to much about hiting #1, i don't think it's more likely it will sell more with the movie debut anyways. But gagas name alone and the fanbase should be able to push it to #1 unless there some huge star releasing that week. It could also go #1 later on if the movie is a big succes and the soundtrack is loved.
