TLJ backlash, well documented reshoots and production problems, a spinoff nobody really asked for especially for a character interpretation more well known from another actor, brand fatigue. Perfect storm.

I expected Solo to flop tbh the movie had absolutely no buzz. People usually go crazy over everything related to Star Wars.
