If that (other) Perry girl, will start another scandal may be that would get their attention but lets face it, there are waaayy more people above who can create bigger impact in someone's Oscar chances. Truly, I wouldnt worry about it. If Gaga does get an Oscar for a song or anything to do with ASIB, it sure would be cool and get closer to the EGOT but lets just enjoy this ride and whatever happens happens. And frankly, I feel like the Linda Perry scandal was what sunk Diane Warren's and LG's Oscar chances last time TIHTY was a heavily promoted song, while tons of political impact.
