Netflix now has a market cap (value) of $152 Billion. It has now surpassed Disney as the most valuable entertainment company.

 

This of course does not mean that it is the most profitable necessarily. It simply means it's total stock equity value is the highest

 

Netflix has often run losses in an attempt to grow quickly

Because the show cost too much, not enough audience and Netflix doesn't have much cash. So they surelly won't waste it in non-profitable shows :laughga:

Yeah but there isnt content thats doing as well as Marvel movies or Star Wars which Disney will be putting on its own service.
