Here’s my view of her discography:

I haven’t listened to the debut album (prior to her fame)  

The Woman in Me is her best record imo. 

Come on Over is fine if viewed from the perspective of it being a country pop album from the start. 

Up! is when things started going south imo. Parts of it are good, and parts of it are not great. 

NOW is unlistenable for me.

There’s some truth to that. However, I don’t know if meaningful country is coming back any time soon. I wish artists like Cam would get more recognition.

I can appreciate Up more than I like it if that makes sense. I admire the concept of it, but not everything worked on the album. 

I just never got around to listening to the debut album. I’ll listen to it sometime soon and DM you what I thought. I’ve heard mixed things about the album.
