Sure it’s a selling tactic (and a good one at that), but it betters the experience for both the ticket buyer and the performer so, it’s a win, win! I love slow songs but its just not an album I can play nonstop like Im Not Dead (my fave!). However, the lack of a bunch of hits havent stopped the album from selling well even before this tour bundle took effect. The tour itself is also a huge hit so good for her. Fans buying 200$ tickets doesn't mean they also buy the 111$ album. Because especially for artists who have been in the industry long like Pink, fans go their concerts to listen to their OLD, CLASSIC hits, not new songs from new albums. It's a great marketing move to include the album in a bundle, they're promoting it in the first place.. I love how fans are so quick to jump on these type of things but when Gaga does something like the Amazon deal suddenly it's OK and cool because it's her.
