They decide when, where and if a song/album could be released. GaGa has no power on that.ย ย She he has the power to create and submit her songs but Interscope has the right to refuse.ย ย Now, Bobby is not a good manager for her. Well she didย has the SB and Coachella, but in fact she has the SB because of her career and Coachella because of Beyonce (and her twins). So, after all she was a second choice.ย ย And we canโt say that the promotion of Joanne was great, it was a mess. They done some very bad move. And her singles choice was weird. I could see him giving polite suggestions, but nothing putting him in control.ย This is OK though -- Gaga is big enough to know what she wants and needs to do, and after Troy wearing Gaga out to the point of a mental breakdown I think someone controlling her career is the last thing she ever needs again.
