WARNING: Do not trust any video you see of strikes on social media. All or most I've seen are from other events, being falsely claimed as happening tonight.

After Bush's big f-cking lie about Iraq, I understand why people are skeptical about it..

But this time we know that those weapons exist and being used against innocent people, especially kids, so time to act and eliminate them because also sooner or later, the target will be you and your family.

As for my personal opinion, I don't care who bomb those weapons, this will be revealed later, but the most important is to eliminate them for this area.

We should always be skeptical, especially with john Bolton in the cabinet, but also this isn't an invasion or a step up to boots on the ground, it's just a retaliation. Not that that's not a big deal, but it's not 100% alarming. It's our moral duty.

Sure! I don't trust Trump at all, but like I said, let's check later, now people are dying and we need to prevent it..

If it's not Assad and Russia at the end, Trump will face his punishment later..

These strikes are at production and research facilities, so this doesn't destroy those stockpiled, but it will send a strong message and keep them from being able to keep up production.

Well, I wouldn't trust that those 3 countries would strike if there was no benefit for them. As I recall, Syria has been a desired territory by many of those involved.

Let's be real..he won't. I mean has Bush been punished for what he did with Iraq? Nope. He is retired living in a mansion doing paintings and gardening (literally). The US is almost never held accountable. Let's just hope they get it right with this one.

Yes but we need to expect a response from Russia..

tbh it's a bit weird, I mean, why France is part of it so suddenly? especially after Sarkozy-Libia mess... maybe it's the same with Macron now? and after it's happening after the Cambridge-Facebook scandal and Russian-Trump scandal.. so there a lot of question marks.. can it be just a cover up of Trump-Russia? idk anymore.. because nobody cared about Syria, so why so suddenly? it's not the first time that there is a chemical weapons attack there but only now someone cares..

Russia and Syria are actively trying to keep that proof away from you. I'm sure after this is over, the US will reveal it's info without revealing sources and methods.

I'm really conflicted because my brother tells me otherwise and idk what to believe ??

I personally am very glad that ✨Donald Trump✨ has the ability to bomb people at will without authorization from Congress. Really helps me sleep at night.

It was necessary, it might be a distraction, but it's not unwarranted. Don't jump to conspiracies, stay away from speculation that overreaches!

I definitely can't resolve that conflict, but coming from a conservative household, your family is not always 100% reliable when it comes to these types of conflicts. Just dive in and get as much information as you can, sort out the disinformation, and make a working hypothesis. I've done the above, and have my own conclusions, it's worth trying. Be careful not to use any government funded news media, though. Disinformation is rampant, especially on social media from Russian trolls.
