Damn guys, can you pop out masterpieces like The Edge of Glory, Bad Romance, Come To Mama, etc. out of your butts? She's an amazing songwriter. And if you oppose this fact, may I remind you that she was awarded by The Songwriter Hall, a body dedicated to the craft. There's a difference between running out of ideas and not liking what Gaga's releasing/released. "Gaga's surrounded around yes men" There's literally a scene in 5F2 where she's arguing with Mark over an idea. Also, the ARTPOP era would have been longer. And there would have been 10(?) "Born this Way" singles/videos. I don't know, all I know is that she wanted "Government Hooker" and "Fashion of His Love" to have videos. Venus and A-YO would have been singles, too. I don't know but i love The Cure thanks to the amazing chorus and the sentiment. Am i interpreting too much into the song? Maybe but lets be honest here. Who says that? She may not be consistently great but she is at least a good songwriter. One thing i have to add is that Joanne (album) has her best lyrical work to date. As far as I understand, that song was mainly written by Father John Misty. He is even credited first.
