I saw that article:

At one place it says: 

„The season will take place in the near future, "18 months from today," Murphy teased, urging fans to look up what might be taking place then.“

So I am asking you. What might be taking place in 18 months (that would be September/October 2019) ? Is there a special thing happening?

(It’s almost confirmed that Season 8 is AHS: Radioactive so maybe it’s an event taking place then linked to that theme)

It doesn't mean anything. Season 6 was trademarked as "Cul De Sac". Scream Queens s2 was trademarked as "Summer Camp".
