The verses are beautiful yet tinged with the forgetfulness of the chorus. A stunner. @Janet - A furious "**** you" to Janet's abusive ex. This really lets it all out, and is one of Miss Jackson's most personal songs. If this song doesn't tear you apart and leave you angry as hell, you're listneing to it wrong. @janetjackson - Nothing short of badass. Musically, the song oscillates between calmness and absolute terror, documenting a woman's journey through and eventually out of an abusive relationship. When Janet surprisingly performed this track on her latest tour, I was brought to tears. @The Bling - This is it, this BOP is coming to my library @Texas Joanne - this really is a STANDOUT. the way the beginning seems so calm and peaceful and then the bitter chorus just attacks you is just indescribable. this was the first Janet album i heard, i was completely amazed at this song and its theme. this perfectly fits the album.. one of her best songs overall @FrankGutz - idk why i always found it annoying af, gave it another try today and yes, i still hate it so much lol @HausOfAmericano - This track is so powerful.
