I can't at you guys thinking Alaska is gonna make it. Well maybe she has a chance, but I see her going home after ivy and coco tbh. If she ends up winning, it's either cuz she honestly progressed or the fact that he is Sharon's boyfriend.

Alaska has been on every single casting special so I dont think its only because of that.  While she didnt make it until this season, Chad Micahels, Raven, Pandora Boxx, and alexis all auditioned more then once.  Alaska is a hilarious queen and she's been around the drag scene for awhile so I think youre writing her off.  Shes top 3 material.  No way Coco, Alyssa or Ivy make it that far.  No tea no shade

Alaska definitely made it on this show by her own merits. Ru saw fit to put her on TV every casting special. She knew there was something there. It was just a matter of time. Now, as I've said before, the timing might not have been a matter of pure coincidence. But Alaska and Detox (who also has tried out several seasons) were eventually making it on this show, no matter what. I actually think she's funnier and even quicker on her feet than Sharon. And she's got her own aesthetic (which is quite polished, if admittedly more narrow than Sharon's proved to be). Alaska ain't coasting like Detox. She was always going to have to put up with the "you're just here cuz of Sharon card," but her performance is definitely refuting that.

 

And Alaska is definitely top 3 material. In fact, at this point, after last night's episode, I'd say it's becoming increasingly clear that her and Jinkx are the indisputable frontrunners. From a purely statistical standpoint, they're outperforming all of their competition.

 

Alaska killed it last night. I actually think Jinkx had the overall best concept, but Alaska definitely had the best execution. And Alaska's runway was totally fun it all its cheap, tacky, glory. And a nice change-up for her, too.

 

Props to Jinkx for not just improving, but pulling out all the stops these last two weeks. This week she delivered one of the very best runways we've seen all season. Her makeup was light and fresh looking, her wig was adorable, and her ensemble didn't have a single misplaced element. Just perfect. The fact that Coco honestly came for her in Untucked was a testament to how very damn little Coco knows. Coco knows her showgirl style, but that's about it.

 

Detox was also refreshing this week, for the first time since her chicken. Loved her commercial and her runway.

Coco's commercial was a hot mess, and what she didn't understand on Untucked was that just because you include a couple campy elements doesn't mean those elements play well. You could theoretically have a "comedy queen" who relied on a goofy schtick who actually wasn't that funny. It's not that you included humorous/campy elements that you were read for, Coco. It's that those humorous/campy elements weren't that good at being humorous or campy. I liked her runway gown, and her hair, but she *was* over-accessorized, and her makeup continues to be garish.

 

Roxxxy wore the single ugliest bodysuit I've ever seen on the show. That tie in the front was a huuuuge no. Neither her or Coco have any room to come after Jinkx for looks anymore after each of the three's respective runways this week. And Roxxxy's commercial sucked.

 

Ivy was dull, again. In the commercial and on the runway. And that was one of the lamest LSFYLs I've seen.

 

Alyssa didn't deserve to be in the bottom two this week. While her Dallas/Dynasty style drag continues to bore, she is physically incapable of not camping everything she does up. Her commercial was totally confused, but because of her particular...energy, let's call it, it actually played as a legitimate and funny parody of a perfume ad. Which is more than you can say for Roxxxy or Coco's bombs.

 

My predictions as of now: Top three are Jinkx, Alaska, and Roxxxy.

 

Should be: Jinkx, Alaska, and Detox.

Why was Alyssa in the bottom again? Her commercial was at least comical, Roxxxy just did her usual "i'm thick and i love myself" thing she talks about every 5 minutes.

This! I just catched up & I honestly just can't stand her!  

 

I absolutely ADORE Jinkx Monsoon (since the first episode actually) & Alaska is also amazing!

If Jinx doesn't win, I think I could be content with Detox winning - she's been pretty solid the entire season.
