And I'm not even thinking about the bad negative/plagiarist stuff. I'm referring to the impact they have/had on pop culture. I don't think you guys really appreciate the impact Madonna had during her golden eras (yes, eraS - she had multiple). She was undisturbed on her throne until Gaga came along. That's a massive accomplishment to be seen side by side with the queen of pop! Like, it's really crazy! Everytime I see people comparing them, I feel good because Gaga has to be at least in Madonna's league to be even mentioned. She's going to be up there with the legends guys. Being compared to what society views as the Queen of Pop is huge in the beginning of someone’s career. I personally think she has better artistic achievements than Madonna. We know this fact from her interview with Zane Lowe, she got so pissed when Zane Lowe compared her to Madonna. Regardless, I think they're both great with different respective crafts with similar trajectories to fame. Abramovic 1,552 Posted March 8, 2018 Share Posted March 8, 2018 The fact about Gaga which  makes me cringe sometimes is that she takes so much credit for her songwriting and producing skills but we all know that she also buyed instrumentals and took lyrics from father John misty... I think this is not a bad thing at all but why is she always mentioning that? There are also other artists who produce and write their own music and I don’t know, it’s just exaggerated sometimes    Especially when it comes to madonna.
