heels 216
It's not a good song. It has that same 2013 sound in the verses and choruses that make it sound so dated. The bridge and outro are nice tho

None of her almost-done demos that've leaked have as heavy autotune on them either so im sure that was the final one. OT: i like it, but it's not her best and would have been good as a standalone single at the end of the era ala The Cure with Joanne I understand it could have been a final version but I feel the high pitched voice was so The Fame and wasn't necessary for that track. I feel it would have suited her real voice. It sounded too bubblegum pop. It also had a low quality sound to it which to me comes across as though it wasn't finished. It could have been on the same level as The Cure or even better if she went over it again with re-recorded vocals. It reminds me of when she shared Stuck on F'ing You with us. That sounded like a song that was made on the spot and never re-recorded to album perfection like her other tracks.

Do you not think so? I like the vocals, maybe the lyrics could be fixed up a bit. The problem with ARTPOP is how ugly it sounds today, and BN has that same problem
Twitter 14
It was a good track, not good enough to be a single. It could’ve been a bonus tracks from ARTPOP though.

imnotyourbabe10 6,100
One of her best songs about unfinished romantic business. Hopelessly romantic, nostalgic and tragic whilst having bop vibes Deserved better! (Same with Nothing on But the Radio--for it's romanticism--and many other unfinished tracks, to be sure). It sounded like Fashion of His Love but with autotune. Some of her other demos do have a lot of autotune and production value but yes that one seems close to done. And you're right, it would've been a cute standalone single. It doesn't fit on ARTPOP. Check out iTunes data & graphs at CHARTPOP.live
