We were lazy, complacent, and confident the first time around but now that he's alienated half of his base and pissed off everyone else, there's no way in hell he'll be reelected. He's factually the most dishonest, ineffective, and disliked president in American history. His plan to run again was pretty obvious though. He's spent about 5% of his time as president on the job, 30% on the campaign trail, 50% on vacation, and the remaining 15% in bed with a cheeseburger thinking about p*rn stars that remind him of his daughter. Presidents always see their approval ratings rise in war times and that's probably why Trump is trying to start sh*t with any nation that'll have it. Imagine if he was able to paint himself as the hero that lead America through a nuclear war with North Korea? Bush was a monster. Terrible for the economy, terrible for society, a total fool, and his war crimes can't be forgotten.
