Anyway I live in Canada's India city (Brampton) as we have more Indians here than any other city outside India itself... It was an ok Indian Dance... I'm from India, sis. And from the state Punjab.  I was pointing out how diverse India is as if the states are different countries by themselves culturally. Canadian immigrant is the "gay cousin" of Punjab. Everyone in Punjab has a cousin who lives in Canada. And half of them are probably here in Brampton In the whole Toronto area we are known as "brown town", "B-Town", Or "Bramladesh". We also have quite a few from Pakistan, Israel and Trinidad to add to the "brown town" stereotype The 2011 census showed there was more Indians in Brampton than Canadian born But I love all the restaurants cuz I love Indian food. But It was weird when I moved from Toronto cuz suddenly as a white I was a minority for the first time in my life Other cities in Toronto area and across Canada also have sizable Indian Communities but my city Brampton has the most lol Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
