I travel alot in my life time. I've been to Aceh, the main island and the smaller islands around it. I;ve been to Borneo. I've been to Sulawesi. In many of these places, the rural areas don't have decent hotels or inn. So I was staying in guest houses that the locals built for rental. And many times all these guest houses are first come first serve basis. No advance booking. And during these times, I've been asked to wait cos some room are rented temporarily. And as a tourist of course I am curious and asked what do they mean with that. Many of these guest houses owner always told me, the room been occupied for a couple of hours by local teenagers for "fun times" and always followed by a laugh, the "you know what I mean?" kinda laugh. Moreover, I;ve been to rural areas in Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, all same stories. Sex is human necessity, and most people that been through puberty will actively seek for it. It is not a government job to regulate this. It is nobody business on what happened behind their own closed doors. Being a nanny state have more negative than positive. If the citizen allow this to happen, they will do something even worse and threatening someone's personal space cos they know they have succeed the first time. Yes, thats why Sex without marriage consent is forbidden, otherwise what you experienced will grow and grow and create more problem like rape, foster kids, abortion etc. Sex is necessity, I agree, but thats why people need married to enjoy sex. I dont understand why would you want to have sex but do not want to have relationship, and I dont know why people want to have relationship if they do not want to marry their partners, I guess all of it just for enjoying sex? not a good things in my opinion and it can create rape culture. See what is happened in US?. I do not stating any religion here, Islam is Islam. You know value and norm in Indonesia as culture is different from religion. You are obviously out of touch. a modernization on culture doesnt make life better, you may say it is 1900, but it show that it can prevent rape as it is shown in Indonesia, Indonesia has much lower rape than other countries. You can see that in the statistics. I dont know about middle eastern, if they have that problem about rape culture, it does not affect Indonesia. You cant blame rape happened in Papua because of islam etc. why you bored if you have relationship, and I dont know why you need sex in Relationship. Sex driven relationship is never be good.
