But if it was as easy as circumising , I wouldn't have say no if people removed the appendix at birth as I stayed 2 months at the hospital for it

Note: Some studies show that good hygiene can help prevent certain problems with the penis, including infections and swelling, even if the penis is not circumcised. In addition, using a condom during sex will help prevent STDs and other infections. Risks : Like any surgical procedure, there are risks associated with circumcision. However, this risk is low. Problems associated with circumcision include: - Pain (which is non existing for babies as they don't even realize) - Risk of bleeding and infection at the site of the circumcision - Irritation of the glans - Increased risk of meatitis (inflammation of the opening of the penis) - Risk of injury to the penis " But are the risks really worth it, is the question? The arguments you mentioned can mostly be solved when uncut men wash their dicks. And honestly I expect any person to wash their genitals. From ethical standpoint: Is it ethical to have a procedure on a human being who can't give their consensus to a procedure? 2 minutes ago, Korok said: If doctors are going to mutilate babies can they at least remove their appendix. Moo 2,082
Good. The argument for religious feedom in these situations makes me so angry. I don’t care what people believe, they’re perfectly entitled to their own thoughts, but when that starts to infringe on the rights and liberty of others, I really makes me quite upset. It may well be part of their religion to circumcise boys, it’s culture in many African tribes to circumcise women, that doesn’t make it right. I’m circumcised. But not at birth, and not for religious reasons. I made the decision when I was old enough to consent, and knew that I needed it for health purposes. Nobody should make any decision concerning permenant bodily change of another. It’s that person’s choice and that person’s alone. Religion is not an adequate reason for breaking that rule. Good for you Iceland. Come through
Korok 4,272
Honestly I really don't know what to do with my arms in pictures. For aesthetic reasons, I think I'm going to get them removed so that I could pose without feeling insecure.

PartySick 173,638
Ngl, foreskin kind of creeps me out And it's said "well, the hygienic benefit of being cut really doesn't matter 'cause you can still clean yourself" but how many guys do you know that would actually take care of themselves hell, some of the guys I know have to be outright insulted for their BO to even think about wearing deodorant. Though I do think carrying out this procedure (or anything else really) on the grounds of religious beliefs is insane so I'm here for it I guess. Whimsical bitch
