It was Mark Kanemura. His last work with her was on the Born This Way Ball, so I'm assuming he got dropped. He apparently decided to work on "his own projects" after the Ball, but who really knows.

Also, he's in a relationship with Jeremy Hudson, who hasn't worked with her since the Ball either, which leads me to think there was a serious dispute and him, along with anybody who stuck up for him, got Lina Morgana'd.

Omg y'all i was at that show!! that's when she added an extra date bc so much hype was around her coming to new zealand!!!

12 year old me was pissing herself laughing at such a gag until i realised how the concussion affected her and i was like lmao jk guys! she even stayed for the encore! what a legend

I was at the Brisbane show after it and people online were like "she should be safe and cancel it" and I was like noooo 

After the issues she was having in Asia I thought I could finally relax when she got to NZ but nope

At the time it was like the worst tour injury she'd had  Well there was also that time she nearly passed out on the Monster Ball Tour and that was.......also in New Zealand. Is NZ cursed or are you guys trying to kill her or what

I feel like a lot of fans forgot this happened, or newer fans weren't aware of it. Another thing she had to deal with and kept performing anyway. And just one of the many eventful things that happened on that tour 

I remember hearing about about this on capitol radio and finding it hysterical/motivational. God this era did provide some messy/golden/fabulous moments
