Can we add a little extra clarification to the first post: Is this like, one tour we could see again, or which tour we'd see if we had never seen any of them at all? @monster4life231

Under the assumption that this means "Which tour would you see if you'd never seen any tour," I chose Monster Ball. It was an absolute religious experience for me and made me who I was for the following three or four years.

But if I had to choose and was keeping in mind that I'd already seen most of these, I'd say The Fame Ball. Reading this list, I feel very lucky and grateful to have seen every option besides The Fame Ball and TBTWB.

I saw the JWT so I would say with TMB or the BTWB. But artRave would also have great moments and it truly looked like a party. I voted TMB just cause I think it'd be cool to see Gaga at her imperial phase with the GP. JWT had the GP shook though
