It's interesting to compare the context of some previous ones though. I find it interesting that the Superbowl can elevate an artist, or do the opposite. Bey, Bruno, and Gaga obviously increased their status/power/standing due to it. Katy did the opposite. Someone like Madonna would have no effect because she is already a legend and her standing is cemented. Katy Perry did it following a huge era. Her numbers perhaps reflect that. Bruno did it when he was just a regular successful artist, still fairly new. His numbers would be a lot different if he did it today. Bey and Gaga did it following underwhelming eras.
