What do you make of the BBC’s review of the Birmingham show?

It's kinda true in the sense that I would have wanted her maybe to surprise us by following more the concept of Joanne like the bar tour she's done at first. I think it would have been totally new and amazing if she was doing all the songs on Joanne in full. I think I would have lost my **** if she was performing all of her hits In the first part of the show, then perfect illusion and all of Joanne comes through in a second part, and then smashing us with million reasons country road version, Andrelli remix, cheek to cheek 2 edition and raw vocals tape in the studio (jk).

Seriously I think she was amazing, my favorite part was the Edge of Glory, it reminded me of the million reasons part at the Super Bowl. And she just got so much better, her voice was on point, the dance was not that new apart from the bad romance walk walk fashion baby part which was kinda fun but Otherwise she's so amazing and I felt very proud of her and of us as a community :)))

 

(only bad point was where I was situated, I made the decision of not watching videos of the show to be surprised but I was on the right corner next to the round podium and she never stayed there (apart from Joanne) but then the stage was too high :') hahaha)

If anyone visits my profile, i would like to apologize for my recent posts calling fans brats and mentally ill, Gaga fights for eliminating bullying and cyber bullying since basically the start of her career and I displayed poor behavior and I am sorry for it. I am not perfect and nobody is; I am working on my tolerance with people as it is at an all time low. I hope Gagadaily and the interface users of this site can overlook my actions and forgive me.

ella it's ok hahahahah don't worry we are all the same, drama queens, and gaga is the major drama queen and we all know it. these are weird and tense days, we're experiencing a MAJOR change in gaga's career that will redefine everything in her life and as fans in some aspects of ours depending on how hard do we follow her/attend her shows etc

 

we're all nervous, sad, and speculating, so actually i think we're dealing with all this very well  i've just been on twitter and jesus christ

Or you know, you can criticize her without hitting below the belt or coming off as rude or disrespectful. Not necessarily saying you or anyone in this thread is saying/doing this, but it definitely is happening in other threads.

Conversely I also find it interesting if you defend Lady Gaga, the edgiest of fans will say you're stuck up her ass and delusional. It 100% goes both ways. An interesting thought to consider.

Mine was an attempt at lightening up the mood, but I do agree with you. We all need to think twice before hitting that submit reply button.

Gaga poured her heart and soul into her performance every night, and now she is in great pain. Can we just talk about that for a bit rather than bash her for being too commercial on her least commercial album to date.

Now its more like the does the job. There are still some genuine moments, the show is great in a whole but the old spark is a bit lost. But if she's in so much pain its kinda understandable.

On a different note. Shes still in a tight spot cause shes not the same but needs to cling to old gaga, which is the era everyone knows and associates. 

Really hope she moves forward with next era.
