This has defeated me mentally. I was back on track knowing I had this to look forward to. Why did this have to happen both times to our shows I am aware this is difficult for her. I just wish that this hadn’t happened during such a fragile time in my life. Ah well. At least I have my pills to take care of me. Same here
Bellatrix 34,639
If you wanna know how incredibly stupid people can be you just need to enter this thread. Jesus, how can anyone be mad at Gaga and say sh*t about her in this situation? I get it that you are disappointed, we all are. But it's not like she chose this. It's an awful disease that she has to live with for the rest of her life. Get educated about it and then turn on 5F2 if you haven't already to see how much she suffer because of it and maybe you'll see it in her point of view. I have Fibromyalgia too, It didn’t get at such a level as Gaga’s but I know how it is. But it happened just at a point of my life I feel like beeing in an all time low. I had a big fight with my best friend, I didn’t get a job I absolutely wanted, I am truly depressiv in the last time during my studies, I don’t like it and I have the feeling I work for others, in the evening I just feel sad and alone in this world, I have my finals next week and the only thing wich kept me motivated to learn, to give my best was this concert. I thought that after 10 years I finally see her (I had tickets for Zürich, Köln and Berlin) and now it’s not happening. I truly have no motivation anymore, and I can’t learn anymore cause I feel just sad. Sad for me , sad for my LM family but most importantly sad for Gaga. This couldn’t have happened at a more shittier time of my life I hope Gaga will recover soon and I guess I have to work so I can afford a trip to Vegas SwissMonster®️ - Creating controversy since 1999
gagasgirl 395
Although I'm ready to write the longest post about this whole thing (and I probably will later lol); reading this thread gives me a few different emotions. I'm worried about Gaga. I'm upset at those who are voicing their anger in ways that are unhealthy. I'm upset that some people clearly aren't trying to understand all the pain and stress she is probably constantly in. Imagine being at her level of fame. She probably hasn't made a statement yet because she feels like she let so many people down. I remember the BTWB being canceled a few days before one of the shows I wanted to buy tickets for. It was devastating, but I knew I'd rather have Gaga be healthy than be pushing herself in pain. You are allowed to be upset, but please try to imagine what she is going through right now. <3 2/21/11 & 2/22/11 MSG

And even though I was so looking forward to seeing her in Switzerland, and was devastated this morning, I think it's for the better. I'm sure that after so much trouble with the postponement and now the cancellation (she wasn't even well enough to finish 10 dates in 3 weeks), she doesn't feel like going on the same tour, even if it's for just 10 dates. If the tour had went by plan, it would've been over with for a month now. It's time for her to rest, and then, when she's ready, to move on. Side note, so proud of all the monsters in here understanding where she's coming from, and respecting her decisions. Well, the first cancellation stated that the dates were cancelled and they were listed as cancelled on Wikipedia. They obviously got rescheduled. Even if she doesn't do all the usual dancing, she could edit the show so that she does the remaining dates without the dancing. I just think cancelling the remaining dates on a tour that's already very short is a bit much. If it doesn't happen, it doesn't happen but just when she was so close to the $100 million mark, I'd really like to see her complete it. I'm sure she wants to as well. If she has to sit in a seat the entire tour (once she's recovered, of course), I'm sure her fans wouldn't mind, as long as she still sang and played instruments. If I was given the opportunity to watch her Sing and not dance I would have like many others . Give it a week or two and she will be on someone else stage .they did it b4 in London with tony Bennett got tickets went they cancelled he was ill day or two after painting in Spain pics everywhere he had flu ?? It's about time fans could sue they need to understand people pay a lot to see them not just for tickets .. Go educate yourself on her illness and come back less ignorant. Just because her flares are bad doesn't mean she won't be able to do things within a week's time. There's no need to sue when tickets will be refunded.... The fact that your first post is littered with complaints about someone's health is pretty bad.

I've been kicking myself too for not getting one for Birmingham instead but hindsight always does that to you. We had no idea she would cancel Manchester and we all know she loves performing there. Didn't she write Bad Romance there? The city holds a special place in her heart. I'm sure she'll be back even if it's a long time to wait. She wrote born this way here! I know she'll be back, its just having to wait for another tour thats gonna be the most difficult thing now.

Haven’t been fan for so long.. And don’t tell me that people weren’t mad back then. I wasn’t mad untill you quoted me and trashed me and many others. She didn’t postpone and then cancell the tour in BTWB case, she just cancelled it for all. American monster don’t get us EU monster who have the privaledge of Gaga visiting our country every two year if that. No wonder every other fanbase hates us, so quick to judge. Yes, but she cancelled more shows than JWT, and larger cities didn’t get to see her, including me. Those were not the days you could just buy a ticket and walk in any time you wanted the day of. If you wanted to be remotely close, you had to camp out for days prior to the show, which is what I did...in the middle of winter...only for her to cancel my show. Was I upset? Sure. I was disappointed. Was I MAD? No. Because that is a childish reaction. Whether I am from the US or anywhere else, that doesn’t matter. Gaga didn’t come from Europe, she came from the US. She is a US based singer so obviously the US is going to see her more. Your shows got cancelled, just like US monsters experienced their shows getting cancelled. But getting pissed at her for physically being unable to perform is childish and immature.

Get educated about it and then turn on 5F2 if you haven't already to see how much she suffer because of it and maybe you'll see it in her point of view. Exactly. NO ONE IS ANGRY WITH PEOPLE FOR BEING UPSET THAT THEIR DATES ARE CANCELED. Many of us have been through it before, and we know how much it hurts. It also sucks that people had to take time off work and pay lots of money for air fare, hotels, etc. BUT IT'S NOT GAGA'S FAULT. SHE CAN'T HELP HER MEDICAL CONDITION. You know this had to be an incredibly painful decision for her, not only personally, but also from a career standpoint. She's losing money because of this, and she and her team are going to have to deal with all the venues, promoters, etc. who are also losing money because of this. It's not like she's some bitchy diva sitting around drinking and saying she doesn't feel like performing today. Her body is physically incapable of handling the strain of the tour right now. And don't you all think she's worried about her ability to perform future tours as well? So yes, it's OK to be angry or sad that your date was canceled, but lashing out at Gaga is not what people should be doing right now. And before anyone starts saying, "But if she has such a serious health condition, then she shouldn't schedule tour dates!", y'all know damn well that people would still bitch and complain about the fact that she's not touring, or specifically, not touring where they live. There are a few members on here who have been doing that all throughout the JWT. When the announcement was made last night, most of the initial responses were very loving and supportive of Gaga, and I was so glad to see that. Of course, with this fanbase, it couldn't last long. It's OK to be upset and disappointed. We understand. But don't sit there act like an asshole to a woman who would do anything she could to be performing for you right now.
