lauramonster 267
I didn't post on this forums like years ago, lack of time I guess anyway: I was lucky enough to see her in Barcelona and she gave the 300% of her at both concerts and now this news... just breaks my heart. I don't know if she's Lupus positive. I know that she said she's "borderline" Lupus years ago so I guess she had the gen. Fibromyalgia and Lupus are often related, sometimes the fibromyalgia attacks occurr when the Lupus developes... I'm a nurse and I have a friend who has fibromyalgia + Lupus and I see her crying of pure pain even she take LOTS of prescripted drugs, blacking out, being unable to stand up for DAYS so I really know how that shitty diseases work and ruin lifes. I saw Gaga at concert lots of times, this last time (besides all that I admire and love her for her work and her carreer) she took my heart, my soul, my wig and my everything for how FIERCE is on the stage, knowing all the **** she has to deal with. She's a ****ing fighter who never surrender, hard-working, talented, commited... she's a genius and we don't deserve her and I hate how unfair life is with the most amazing ang loving human beings. Damn, I just can't. I know it doesn't have cure, I know it uses to get worse with time... but Gaga take care, rest, and enjoy... we're gonna love you anyway . I just wanna hug her so much. The DVD if it does come out kinda rubs in fans faces this is what you could have seen .And I also think the Vegas thing should never happen she is only going to upset people again she cannot do a tour get well soon . what??? this makes no sense, the whole fanbase should have to suffer because a portion got there dates cancelled? that would just make it 10x worse https://goo.gl/xMgMvJ

Noah 26,941
I wish she would've just cancelled the whole european leg. I feel deeply sorry for her and I hope she doesn't feels like she disappointed us - because she didn't. ⟡ ⋆ ˚。⋆🦢⋆ ˚。⋆⟡

I do think she felt good in Bcn and Milan as she took some pictures for Instagram... if she was in severe pain she wouldn't be in the mood for taking pictures. I think going to the US, rehearsing, performing, NOT WINNING, coming back to Europe... it was too much in a short time of time for her little body. FreeAsMyHair13 379
I'm still so heartbroken. I have nothing to love for Gaga and my heart goes out to her but the fact that she probably won't tour in Europe again for a few years beacuse of the Vegas residency is just so upsetting. I have been looking forward to tomorrow's show for months,I've been down lately and it was the only positive thing keeping me going. I've wanted to see Gaga live for years. Like everyone else her music means so much to me, I'm just so so sad right now guys.
lauramonster 267
Just add that autoinmune diseases are HARD to understand even to doctors... it's not like you know when you're gonna be in pain. Even with the same medication you can be fine one day and have no effects the next one... they really suck. Mental state, trips, climatic changes.... all of those things have massive effects in fibromyalgia patients.
doppelganger 3,932
I have a joke about her coming back to Paris/Koln/Rio/etc but this isn’t the time. Gaga puts her all in her shows despite the pain. Truly heartbreaking.

Sometimes you start with a low level of pain and you're able to do things. My friend started with fibromyalgia like 5 years ago, she was in pain but she can do anything: now she can't barely work, she's unable to drive because she needs a lot of medication which needs to be changed almost every month cause it loose the effect. Also she just can't stand up from bed during days when it gets worst. True is that she started with that and now the Lupus developed too but in her case Lupus issues are more in organ level like the liver, they don't give her any effect in her life. Extreme hot and cold always affect a lot. Just telling this because I think it's a difficult disease to understand, at first I can't understand my friend even I'm a nurse... It's a difficult disease to live with Gaga was so brave and commited being able to make shows, I just can't... it's so unfair.

I think honestly she’s just more aware of her limits and herself as a human. She was a machine, and I think it drained her and broke her body. I think she really has focused on HER health during Joanne and is trying to figure out a way that doesn’t break her. I think that’s part of the reason for the Vegas Tour. She will be performing still, but not on a rigorous schedule. This will give her time to see her limits and continue to find out how to manage this disease.
