StJames 376 Posted February 3, 2018 Share Posted February 3, 2018 I’m absolutely devastated, I was so so looking forward to this show, I didn’t get to see the ARTPOP ball but saw every tour multiple times before that so it’s been ages since I saw her live! I 100% want her to be well and get her strength back etc. My only worry is there is no actual cure for fibromyalgia and flare ups will continue until the day she dies. Stay home and give up on her career and fans? It isn't something as clean cut as that. That's why Fibromyalgia has no cure or exact reason for symptoms. I have endometriosis and because of it I suffer from chronic pain and chronic fatigue. Almost everyday is a struggle. I have to push myself so much. That's why instead of criticizing her decision, which i didn't, i said i found it curious. That's all. Some user said that she and her team had this cancellation already planned. raginchristians 736 Posted February 3, 2018 Share Posted February 3, 2018 It might sound bad, but after this I sincerely hope LG6 isn't coming any time soon however long the break was between now and the previous cancellation/postponement clearly wasn't enough, and the last thing I want is for her to be in more pain than usual just to start the new album cycle asap The residency will be good for her, she can still do what she loves in a capacity that is easier for her to manage with her pain. One location. Breaks in between shows. ASIB as well, given that she would just have to do a few interviews, walk a red carpet or two, and then let the film roll out in theatres while she sits back and recovers.
