She explained on her Twitter it was through Cirkut and they used a beat. Verse Simmonds and Iggy wrote the song, well now with Quavo I guess  

He still probably does get money in some form, he's obv conniving but then you'd have to stop listening to songs by a majority pop girls to put him outta pocket 

She's just signed to Island/Roc Nation and is releasing a single with a video. Savior will also be featured in a commercial at the superbowl. Wouldn't say that was giving up

Is she still using that offensive and obviously fake "blaccent"? If so she deserves every ounce of backlash she gets. That's been people's main issue for years, and I don't care how much you apologize (assuming she has) for something, if you continue to do it afterwards that tells me you're insincere and don't deserve to be forgiven. 

As for today's controversy: Did she not know who made the beat she was rapping over? If no then she's lazy and disconnected from her own music's creative process. If she knew Luke was involved but released it anyway thinking it wouldn't be an issue then she's stupid and careless. Either way, she can remain irrelevant. It's for the best.
