Gaga is still very relevant here, everyone knows about the pink hat, Million Reasons charted cutely and was spun in radio every now and then. Apple Music does not provide information about specific song numbers, but you can stream on loop, like leaving all day all night and it will count (tested myself by continue playing one specific song on few different devices, it made song go #1), but it won't show numbers, it just helps climb your country charts if you stream it non stop for experimentation.
