Probably bc it’s a leftover from the soundtrack, but yeah, wouldnt make much sense to add it now to either ASIB or Joanne.

asana15 16,648
Just another tidbit of speculation re: ASIB's trailer (man, everyone's playing a guessing game) - "With this morning's trailer debut of Andy Serkis' Mowgli, we now have a trailer for every major Warner Bros./Time Warner Inc. release for 2018 except for Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga's "A Star Is Born" and James Wan's Aquaman. I'm guessing we'll get A Star Is Born trailer (the film opted to forgo Cannes in favor of the more Oscar-friendly Fall festival circuit) attached to Ocean's 8 in early June. That Aquaman trailer will drop, I dunno, sometime next month with Incredibles 2 or Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom or with July's Ant-Man and the Wasp just before SDCC?" https://www.forbes.com/sites/scottmendelson/2018/05/21/andy-serkis-mowgli-trailer-a-darker-look-at-the-jungle-book/#2e8d591f76b6

PerfectGUY 7,822
Guys I'm SHOOOOOOKKK You know how those Youtube polls make you vote before videos to choose what they should promote or not, what the GP likes seeing about or not (I guess it's that) Well I had this ad : Between those films, which one(s) would you go see ? And A Star Is Born was in that LIST !!!! First time I ever hear about it outside of the HuntyCommunity.org !! (heard a movie themed Youtuber talk about it but that doesn't count) Receipts : Also this list maybe kinda tells us what will be it's concurrence : - Bohemian Rhapsody (saw that coming) - Casse-Noisette (it's a french opera so this will be a music centred movie like ASIB and Bohemian Rhapsody) - Fantastic Beasts Of course I voted for ASIB

(heard a movie themed Youtuber talk about it but that doesn't count) Receipts : Bohemian Rhapsody being at the top is more of a tribute to a well-known and well-like music of Queen, then anything else. Kinda like Mamma Mia! was a hit even before the first note was produced due to ABBA' music. ASIB also comes with baggage, but it's of a completely different nature. If anything, they have to overcome the circumstances versus the pedigree behind for the Bohemian. Pretty impressive though nevertheless.
