DISCLAIMER: Everything below is my opinion - no more no less. I think it was mainly shot in the Pacific Northwest around Portland, OR where she was receiving a fibro treatment. The house shots look very similar to the ones posted at that time in her IG stories. And some of the footage came from Upstate NY - Hudson Valley to be specific (courtesy of her dog walker). So, I don't know/don't think there was any professional movie-making personnel involved. Unless you consider Natali's boyfriend who shoots #HausEditorial in his free time for her IG a professional.
