Why Lady Gaga always acting a victim woman in all her music videos?

I think it’s specifically because of how fame and celebrity culture treats women. She’s putting a microscope on that and each time she’s then retaking control and destroying things. Literally.

She’s exuding her feminine power in the avenues that she can: her art. So I think it’s about that.

This song is about welcoming the applause from the audience after doing a great job on stage. She herself explained it, it's quite the opposite from being a victim. It's about being victorious, and the video depicts her as a triumphant deity in some way. 

So no, it's not about being victimized.
