More like impact. DRAKE  is the biggest rapper out. It’s been awhile since his last record so it’s understandable how he’d get so much streams. He has a large and supportive fan base.

Hasn't it only been like a year and maybe a half lmao

ELEMENTALITY

To be honest....I think he deserves it. We complain when artists are too commercial and then bitch when people are successful at doing something different.

Drake delivered a Hotline Bling 2.0 bop with this song and delivered a disco Tuscan Leather (my favorite song of his) 2.0 as well. The lyrics on God's Plan are incredible, it bops, and he actually is extremely talented in his cadence, style, and thought provoking and humorous poetry. I'm glad he's gonna score another #1. He's alot better than the Migos or Post Malone tbh. :trollga:

He's always been kind to Gaga, too. So let's not get rude!

Actually, Drake has released an album every year since 2013 :poot:

Nothing Was The Same (2013)

If You’re Reading This, It’s Too Late (2014)

What A Time To Be Alive (2015)

Views (2016)

and

More Life (2017)

Seriously? There wasn't really any promo and he releases random singles all the time (Signs, Fake Love didn't do that well)... payola teas?

It’s almost like there’s a huge market with a demand you know nothing about. It’s a good song I know I streamed it.

Umm good for you I guess?

What I meant was that it barely got any social media promotion. MotorSport by migos debuted at #15, almost the same market and 3 HUGE artists on it. Meanwhile drake had already released another song the previous month and I didn't see a lot of talk about this song AT ALL. I only remember hearing about it cuz I follow drake on Instagram. And yes, he's popular, etc etc but debuting at #1 is still quite strange considering the song doesn't sound like a hit like One Dance did. It could have been just another track on any of his other albums which is why I'm surprised it's already hitting #1
