It's literally part of the nature and especially old people deserve to rest eternally. I think society teaches us to be scared of death (+ the survival instinct). Maybe you're a lil scared cause you never been through that, but that's how life goes and we've to accept it
Guest
With fame you got risks of freaks assassinating you. Example, Selena, John Lennon, Versace etc You got risks of feeling like you're lacking a real identity. Example, Marilyn Monroe You got risks of anxiety and pressure to be good, to make money cause you're hiring a whole team that depend on you, feeling stuck in your career, or that it feels meaningless, no real "life" per say, since you're living in a golden cage. A lot of big stars and icons turn to drugs to cope, to stay productive, or to avoid symptoms of depression, hopelessness etc, they die of drug overdose. This reminds me of Elvis Presley, but then on the other side there are also young stars like River Phoenix who couldn't deal with childhood abuse, and gotten reckless with his lifestyle. That's why people thought Britney was gonna die in 2007, cause she was a big icon stuck in a golden cage, she said it herself she felt like her life was "too in control", she also attempted suicide once. Michael Jackson was in the same situation, huge icon, needed money, forced himself to go on tour in 2009, but needed drugs to cope and stay "productive", died of drug overdose. There are also a lot of celebrities who have mental illnesses and commit suicide, Kurt Cobain (although you can debate whether or not he really killed himself), Chester Bennington.. A lot of other celebrities who turn to drugs cause it's just "fun" for them and have an overdose, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin... For the rest of them it's just their destiny, plane or car crashes like Aaliyah or Otis Redding, James Dean, Jayne Mansfield. Or cancer and bad health, Farrah Fawcett, Bobby Darin, George Michael...
